Following up on our popular Hidden Client Names for Calendar feature, we’re releasing an update to hide client names across all of Owl. This feature has been much requested and helps you maintain confidentiality when eyes besides yours may be viewing your screen (say when you’re scheduling an appointment with a client you’re meeting with). You’ll see the new Hide Names / Show Names icon in the bottom left corner

A quick update an a new feature release for Owl. Our Document Upload feature has been a huge success. People love digitizing client files and storing them directly in Owl client profiles. Some of you have asked that we enhance this feature so you can view these uploaded documents directly in Owl. Today we’ve launched a new feature that allows you to view PDF and image files (JPEG, GIF, PNG)

Today we’ve released a backend feature for Owl that let’s you know when you’re using an out-of-date browser that is not supported by Owl Practice. If you are using an unsupported browser, you’ll see a new red banner at the top of Owl that let’s you know that you should upgrade your browser to achieve the optimal Owl experience.
