Session Notes
Owl Practice allows you to create, manage, and securely store your Client Session Notes. Every unique session note can be edited at any time and signed using your digital signature. Templates can be applied before, during, or after writing your notes.
Non-Session Notes
Non-Session Notes can be used to document client interactions outside of the session, such as emails or phone calls, and can also be used to generate more formal documents such as reports. This tool is intentionally flexible, to accommodate any document you will need to create.
Enhanced Sidebar
Seamlessly navigate the Sidebar to reference key session details or complete tasks.
Handwritten Notes
Owl’s Handwritten Notes feature allows you to attach notes written with a stylus to any Session or Non-Session Note in your practice! Handwritten Notes are a great option for practitioners who prefer to write their session notes by hand, or supplement their Session Notes with additional images or diagrams.
Digital Signatures
Signatures allows you to create notes with a high level of accountability. Upload your signature to quickly add your signature to any session note. If you have opted to have the supervisor sign session notes, once the therapist completes the note and signs it, it will appear in the supervisor’s Workflow to review and sign.
