As a practice owner or senior therapist, you are familiar with supervising other clinicians. Owl will now enable you to manage these supervisory relationships more effectively! Until now, Owl only allowed one supervisor per therapist account. We have designed this feature to be flexible and allow you to customize supervision at the therapist, client, and session levels.Â
This feature is called Multiple Supervisors, and there are three levels to using it successfully:
- The Therapist Profile:Â Supervisors should first be assigned to each therapist under the Settings Area.
- The Client Account:Each client has a primary therapist for whom a supervisor must be selected.
- The Session:Â Owl will suggest the default supervisor based on the information set up in the Client Account, but you can override this when scheduling each session.
