NEW: Making payments with Account Credit optional

Making payments with Account Credit optional

One of the great invoicing features of Owl Practice is the ability to store credit on a client’s account. But one of the things that we’ve received feedback on is that you need more flexibility for when to use account credit when making payments for invoices and sessions.

We’re happy to report that you can now CHOOSE whether or not to make use of available account credit when recording a payment.

Now, when recording a payment and credit is available on the account, you will see a new “Use Credit” checkbox. This will be checked by default (so you can use the credit on the account), but importantly, you can now un-check it so you can process a regular payment, and NOT use the credit on the account.

Let us know what you think of this invoicing update!

Practice wisely!
