A quick Tuesday post to share a small (but much requested) feature release:
Now Available: Client Waitlist
Many of you have asked for a waitlist feature for Owl Practice – it’s now here! Now, in addition to “Active” and “Inactive”, there is a new “Waitlist” status for clients.
To put a client on your practice waitlist, simply head to the Contact & Clinical tab of a client’s profile, and edit the Clinical Details area. Once there, you’ll see a new “Waitlist” option in the Status field. You can also put a client directly onto your waitlist from the Add Client window when you’re doing an intake.
Next, when you head to the All Clients area in Owl (using the left-pointing arrow beside a client’s name in any client profile), you’ll see a list of all your clients. In the top-right corner, you’ll see a new drop-down list that let’s you select which subset of clients to view (All, Active, Inactive, or Waitlist). If you choose Waitlist, you’ll see all your waitlist clients ordered with the oldest on top.
