For the reminder’s delivery, you can select email reminders, SMS (text) reminders, or both. The day before their appointment (or whenever you specify), we’ll send your client a reminder that they need to be at your practice at a specific time. More often than not, your client will probably think, “Yup, already in my schedule.” But every now and then, one of them will get your message and think, “Oh no! I completely forgot! Thank goodness for these reminders!”

Sometimes, all it takes is a little nudge for clients to remember they have an appointment. And Owl Reminders provides them with that little nudge!

Online Appointment Booking

That’s only one of the ways that we help make sure that all of your clients will be at their appointments. Another is through our Online Appointment Booking feature. Not only is this feature a huge time-saver, but it can also help minimize no-shows.

This feature isn’t available with our basic packages, but those who subscribe to our Premium services have full access to our online booking platform. With this feature enabled, your clients can log into your Owl Web Portal and manage their own appointments. This can include booking, cancelling, and rescheduling.

For some clients, this kind of functionality won’t matter. But for others, having control over their own appointments can guarantee that you won’t be left holding the bag. If they’re the ones who make the appointment, chances are that they’ll put it in their personal calendar right after and remember it!

Circle of Care

Another feature that Owl Practice is very proud of is our Circle of Care system. With this feature, you can link together the profiles of your clients and add contact info for other care providers and family members.

So, for example, if you treat an entire family, each member’s profiles can be linked. This functionality not only simplifies having to navigate between profiles, but can also help with appointment reminders! And if you have a family session coming up, reminders can be sent to each of them separately so no one misses a session. This can be super handy for teenagers who might be a little more forgetful when it comes to keeping their appointments.
