Room Booking for Group Edition is here!
This feature has been much requested and allows you to define rooms for your practice, and then book rooms for your appointments.
In the Calendar you’ll notice a new “Rooms” option beside the Day / Week / Month selector. Simply click on Rooms to see a day-view of the Calendar, with each room represented in a different column. Of note, you can book a room from any calendar view (you’ll see a new Room field when adding a new session), but to see the scheduling for rooms on a specific day, you’ll need to jump in to the Rooms view.
To enable Room Booking for your Group Practice, head to SETTINGS / ROOM BOOKING. Simply add the rooms you have in your practice and you’re ready to go!
